Child Support
Setting and collecting child support is critical to the successful handling of family law cases involving children. We offer a wealth of experience and knowledge to assist clients in these matters. Harry L. Tindall served on the U.S. Commission on Interstate Child Support, working with attorneys and professionals from around the country to establish guidelines and protocols for the effective establishment and collection of support. The firm has worked with private individuals and the Attorney General of the State of Texas in collecting past due child support. Additionally, the attorneys and staff work with parents requesting to increase or decrease support payments depending on their current circumstances.
