Jennie R. Smith - Houston Family Law Attorney
A native Houstonian, Jennie Smith began clerking for Tindall & England, P.C. in October 2008. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence in May 2009 from South Texas College of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Jennie clerked for Judge Judy Warne and Associate Judge David D. Farr in the 257th Family District Court, as well as another family law firm in the Houston area. Jeryl A. Golub - Houston Family Law Attorney
Jeryl A. Golub has practiced family law in Texas since 1995. After earning her Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, Jeryl moved to Houston with her husband and joined the law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. practicing exclusively family law. Over the course of her nearly 12 year tenure at Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P., Jeryl gained experience handling cases involving complex property disputes, child possession and access matters, and premarital and marital property agreements. Ana Galvan is a Board Certified Family Law Paralegal, having been certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1997. She has worked in the legal field since 1985, beginning her career in her hometown of New Orleans and coming to work with Harry Tindall in 1993.
Karen Howard - Paralegal
Karen Howard has been a family law paralegal in Houston, Texas since 1983. She started working with Harry Tindall as a paralegal with Tindall & Foster, P.C. in 1987, and continues on in that role with Tindall & England, P.C. In 1997, she became a Board Certified Paralegal in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Pilar Giron - Paralegal
Pilar Giron has been a family law paralegal in Houston, Texas since 1995. As a paralegal for over ten years, Pilar has assisted attorneys in the preparation for divorce proceedings, the drafting and negotiating of premarital and marital property agreements, the presentation of complex property cases involving characterization, valuation and division, modifications of the parent-child relationship, enforcement of court orders and adoptions.
Erica Puga - Office Manager
Erica Puga began working with Harry Tindall and Angela Pence England in 2002. With an accounting background, Erica serves as the office manager for the firm and is responsible for the day to day management of the practice. Since she schedules appointments for the attorneys, she is often a client's first contact with the firm.
