Based upon a long tradition and interest in the Texas legislative process, Tindall & England, P.C. offers experience and assistance to determine legislative histories of family law statutes in Texas. Since 1993, Harry Tindall has co-written an annual legislative guide to Texas family law, Sampson & Tindall's Texas Family Law Annotated. Angela Pence England has co-authored that publication since 1995. Additionally, Harry Tindall serves as a Texas Commissioner for the National Conference of Uniform State Laws, representing the state of Texas in drafting and adopting uniform laws in the area of family law throughout the country. Both Harry L. Tindall and Angela Pence England have appeared before the Texas Legislative committees offering testimony in support of or against various changes to the statutes which impact families.
